March Stuff...

Regan was out of town a ton in March for work, so I decided to get into a project. I made some skirts for the girls, their American Girl Dolls and myself for Easter! I think they turned out super cute!
To say that they girls were excited about Frozen coming out on DVD is a complete understatement! The look on Elle's face is exactly how she looked when I showed her the movie!!!

We have had some great experiences with the missionaries from our church since being in Ohio. They came by one day while Elle was practicing her violin so she gave them a little mini concert.
While Regan was gone on one of his business trips in March, he went to an awesome seminar about the things in your life that are most important. He brought home this deck of cards with 30 things that are important to people. He wanted me to do this exercise, so I went from 30 to 15 cards of things that were very important to me. From 15, I had to narrow it down to 10, then to 5. The 5 things I came up with that are most important to me and that I need to focus on are:
Happiness
Health
Religion
Family
Education
Our 2014 family motto is Fackrell's don't say Can't. If something is difficult for us, instead of saying, I can't do that, we say, that is a difficult thing to do, but I will try to do it instead of just giving up. Regan had these stickers made to remind our family of our new motto so we have them on our cars and around the house.
Regan was even spotlighted on the President of American Family Insurance's blog about the family motto.
We fed the Sister Missionaries dinner and whenever we have missionaries over, Riley always asks them what their scariest mission experience is and their weirdest.  It just so happened that they had the perfect weird story for Riley. Earlier that day, a guy they had been teaching gave them his old rock and roll leather jacket. They told Riley the story and then went out to their car to show him. They had him close his eyes and they put the jacket on him to surprise him with what it looked like. He couldn't stop laughing.
These sister Missionaries are adorable and we have loved having the missionaries over so much!
