So this book inspired me to de-clutter our whole house! The author is super extreme in her approach, but after reading it, I was more motivated than ever to throw away things we don't use and organize the things we do! I think I ended up throwing away 30 bags of "stuff"! It feels so good to have no more clutter, but now I need to teach the kids to put things back where they go!!!!!
Supporting our Riley at his middle school chamber orchestra concert! iPads and headphones are in the BYU bag for supporting me since I was a single parent!
I was able to go to Sunny's class to help them make a cookie map of OHIO!
I was so impressed how much the kids knew about Ohio! They even knew where the major interstates were!
It has been harder and harder to get to each of the kids classes to help, so when I can, I am so happy! Even though I have 5 kids, I still want each one to feel special and that their Mom cares about them individually.
My CURRENT OBSESSION!
SPRING BREAK! We asked the kids where they wanted to go for Spring Break and they unanimously said: HOCKING HILLS! It is about 2 hours away from Columbus and it is the only place that reminds us of Utah. Lots of hiking and beautiful outdoors! We rented a cabin in the hills and had our own hillside to hike up and explore!
Spring Break landed on Easter, so the Easter Bunny visited our little cabin! Sweetie looks super mean in this pic, but I can assure you, she had the most fun on our Spring Break trip!
It was our little baby Bunny's first Easter!!!
SUNNY BUNNY!
Riley got a red rider be-be gun for his birthday and was SO excited to shoot it in the hills!
Sunny is my number one helper with Winnie! I am so grateful for her!
We did a whole day of hiking at Old Man's Cave! In all, we went 8 miles and the kids did amazing! Even Winnie liked being hooked up to Regan!
Sweetie was in pure heaven exploring all of the awesome things to see! I was so proud of the kids for doing such a great job hiking!
A boy and his dog
Regan and Riley challenged each other to hit all of the soda cans! They had a blast!!!
DIRT! These kids loved playing in the dirt, and I did not mind at all because they were having so much fun!
More shooting for the men!
We went to an antique store in town and the kids thought these fake arms were crazy!
my Baby bunny!
We hiked up our own little private hill and had an easter egg hunt! The kids loved finding the eggs hidden all over the hillside!
On Easter Sunday, we all sat in a circle and talked about what Easter really is about and the atonement of Jesus Christ. We each told our testimonies of Jesus Christ and of the gospel and it was such a neat Easter!
Our cabin had a hot tub and we would get in it every day after hiking!
We still had a whole week of no school when we got back, so of course we had to go to COSI!
Well check ups and shots for these 2!
Sunny & Elle have been so into making cute you tube movies! This is how to use a mud mask!
I love all of these pictures! Totally impressed by the cookie map! Love the bunny ears that were obviously well used this spring. Miss these kids!!
