Easter Activities

We went to an Easter Egg Hunt and while we were waiting for each age division to start, the girls got their faces painted and did a few bunny crafts!
Is it just me, or is this Easter Bunny kind of creepy? The kids sure didn't think so, they were just thrilled to see him, especially Emery! Don't you just love mint and orange together? The Easter Bunny had great taste in their new Easter outfits!

We went to the Columbus Zoo and had a great time. I never thought I would EVER like a zoo, but this one is not smelly, has a ton of stuff to do, and actually has cute animals like the one above! The best thing to do at the zoo in my opinion is watch the kids brush the goats and sheep because they are just walking around in a farm area. Emery got pushed down a few times by some big goats!

I love this picture of the 2 littles looking at maps trying to figure out where they want to go.
Emery sure loved sucking down his orange crush in the wagon.
We went to the bird house and fed the birds some nectar. Check out those long tongues! The kids loved feeding the birds, but I think Regan loved it even more!
Sunny even had a bird land on her to get more nectar!
Dying Easter Eggs is a tradition that is timeless, but to tell you the truth, I don't really enjoy it...hard boiling the eggs, trying to not get dye on the table cloth, having the dye get inside the eggs, then nobody wants to eat the discolored egg...Not my idea of a fun time but the kids liked it so that is all that mattered.

Emery was very intrigued by the hard boiled egg and just stuffed the whole thing in his mouth! Did I mention this kid of mine LOVES to eat?
