Sisters & Aunts

To say we had a fun summer with my sisters {my kids Aunts} is a total understatement!!! Every day we had an adventure and I LOVED spending the summer with my cute sisters!

**Chrissy was my go to friend all summer...she was in the car with us everywhere we went! She helped me with the kids everywhere we went, she was so much fun to talk to, and she made me laugh so much! She is leaving on a mission for our church in a few days, so I am so grateful I was able to Spend so much time with her before she leaves!!! I think my most fun memories this summer with Chrissy is our cooking nights! We would try and be so creative with our summer dinners and in the end we were so proud of ourselves! Chrissy is an awesome sister and an amazing Aunt to my kids! The kids wanted to be around here all summer long!!!

**Angie was a working girl this summer so I didn't get to spend as much time with her as I did with Chrissy, but I am so proud of her for working so hard all summer. We would play with Angie at night when she got off of work! We probably went to the Hawaiian Ice Houkalea stand 5 times with her throughout the summer nights! She is such a fun girl and I especially liked shopping with her! She is dating a guy named Jordan, and I am so grateful I was able to get to know him throughout the summer and spend so much time with these two adorable love birds! Angie is a great sister and an awesome Aunt to my kids! They love her so much!

**Ashley was only with us for the month of July but we had SO much fun with her and the adorable Baby Carson. Even when he is 12, I think I will still call him Baby Carson-it just sounds right!. Ashley was so nice to watch my kids whenever I would sneak off to do fun things with my friends and so helpful with all of my kids. I love being with her because I can guarantee that whatever we do will end in a good laugh. Ashley is a fun sister and a fun Aunt to my kids.

I just feel so lucky to have these sisters of mine be such a big part of my kids lives! I know that my kids will always have these amazing Aunts in their lives that love and care about them!
Here are just a few pictures of these amazing sisters of mine throughout the summer:

Hawaiian Ice with snow cap on top...Summer Favorite treat!

A quick Target Run turned into a fashion show thanks to Aunt Angie!
Running on the Golf Course with Aunt Chrissy...it was kind of scary because we were running away from the late night golfers!!
Chrissy is the QUEEN of crazy pictures and hijacking people's phones!
                               A fun run with Angie!!
A snow cone with Aunt Angie at Violin Camp
Aunt Chrissy is getting a quick massage from Sunny in between violin classes at violin camp!
2 tired girls as we wait for a table at Joe's Crab Shack in Oceanside!
Riley and Aunt Angie at Disneyland!
I tried to bring the inner Martha Stewart out of Chrissy all summer long by cooking and crafting with her. We made this cute banner to hang in the trees at the cabin for the 4th of july!
Early on the morning of the 4th of July, Chrissy and I ran 6 miles down Provo Canyon! I was soooo proud of us for 2 reasons. 1-it was my goal to run 6 miles by the end of the summer and 2-Chrissy just discovered her hidden talent for running and she rocks at it!!!
This is Jordan and Angie waiting in line with the kids for a Hawaiian Ice! I am so glad I had the chance to get to know him this summer because it stinks when you live across the country and have to hear all about someone on the phone. They are seriously the cutest couple, ever!
We took Chrissy out to get missionary pictures for her farewell. She is seriously the cutest missionary I have ever seen in my life!
Spending a whole month with my sisters was seriously the BEST part of my summer! We had so much fun together! I love these ladies SOOOOO much!
I bought these headbands for my girls, but they were just too cute to not try them on with Chrissy!
Chrissy turned 19 years old in July! What? She is the baby of our family yet she is such a huge example to me. She read her scriptures faithfully all summer long and studied all about how to be a missionary! She is my hero!
We went to the Draper Temple to take pictures of Chrissy and ended up getting a mini photo shoot of all of the girls in the fam! I'm telling you, I am the luckiest girl to have these sisters and mom of mine!
Riley felt so cool as he played Millionaires Hoedown with his cool Aunts!
Riley caught a fish at my parents cabin and wanted to eat it so bad for dinner. Being the scaredy cat I am, I didn't want to gut it...but Aunt Chrissy wanted to help him out so she stepped up and cut and gutted the fish so he could eat it! She is so cool!
Riley loved his bike ride to Bridal Veil Falls with Aunt Ashley and Grammy!
Making "Cabin Smores" with Aunt Ashley so we don't have to smell like camp fire! Genius idea!

We spent a day at BYU and Ashley and I just had to go to Jamba Juice where we both worked as students!
One of my favorite shopping days was going to the Nordstrom Sale with all of the girls in my family minus Lisa...she had to work but her sister Stephanie was our personal shopper which was so awesome! I got some cute stuff and had so much fun shopping with the girls!
Seeing Wicked with all of the girls in Salt Lake was a huge highlight!
Getting pedicures was SOOO much fun! We sure know how to have a fun time with each other!
We roped my brothers cute girlfriend, Jessi into watching the Bachelor with us! She was a good sport to scrunch on the couch a couple of Monday nights with us! I am so glad I was able to spend some time with her this summer as well. Her and Robby make the cutest couple!
Besides the fact that my eyes look psycho in this picture, it is one of my favorite because we found such an awesome drink place in Utah county called slurp {kind of like Swig}. It was right next to my new favorite clothing store called Ruby Bloom so we went to both of these places a few times throughout the summer! This is where I found this mint green shirt which I like to call my "dream shirt!"
Aunt Chrissy helped Emery get to the Draper Parade Route...then she sat in melted taffy on the ground and it got smeared ALL over her pants! Angie and I seriously could NOT STOP LAUGHING!
I was so glad I was able to spend a day one on one with Angie...she and I went to lunch and shopping on one of her days off...she is so much fun!
Painting pottery at color me mine became a tradition for Chrissy's birthday a few years ago and it is an activity I look forward to every year! I love to see what everyone's creations look like after they have gone through the kiln.
I don't know how this started, but the next thing I knew Emery was drenched...
Sunny & Elle were able to go to the Motab Summer concert with Angie & Chrissy! They LOVED IT!
Angie and Jordan were so much fun with the kids all summer! All of my kids fell in love with Jordan and he was such a good sport to let them tag along with him whenever he was around!
I LOVE this picture...Emery got on this telling stories kick where he would tell a story to Chrissy and then she would have to tell him one back...they did this for a long time!
